student while empowering the teaching community to
develop systems that accurately measure and inform
student achievement. Through our Professional
Development for Educators (PDE), school leaders and
teachers come together to look at authentic student work
and assessments for the purpose of learning how the
principal, teacher & student approach learning. Throughout
this process of discovery, educators are coached to
evaluate, synthesize and improve their leadership, lesson
planning & methods of instruction based on their students’
data.
